BCP Council (Poole): Matt Annen is pleased to have recently secured planning permission for the variation of a condition listing the approved plans on a planning permission (a “minor material amendment”) to enable changes to be made to alter the design and layout of the approved houses on two out of the three previously approved dwellings on a site within Branksome Park. Whilst the dwellings have been individually designed by Marlow Architects their material palette, fenestration arrangement and architectural style purposely compliment each other.

We are delighted to have secured this consent for Artura Homes and we understand that construction is due to start imminently.

If you have secured planning permission for a house or development but have been thinking of making some changes, remember that rather than re-apply for the whole development all over again, providing you are not changing the description of development you can make fairly substantial changes via a Section 73 Material Minor Amendment process which takes the form of a variation of condition application.
