BCP Council (Bournemouth area): Matt is pleased to have recently secured consent for the erection of a two-storey side extension on the second and third floors and a four-storey rear extension with internal alterations, associated access, and cycle storage onto an existing commercial premises in Charminster, Bournemouth. The scheme was designed by local firm Anders Roberts Cheer for mutual clients.
It is testament to the high quality of the plans and robust supporting planning statement and submission package that the scheme was approved in under two months from the date of registration which is almost unheard of these days.
