BCP Council (Bournemouth): Dan Wilden is pleased to have recently secured planning permission for local recycling charity Dorset Reclaim for a new storage building at their site on Stanley Road in Springbourne, Bournemouth. The smart new steel-frame building sits alongside the main building and replaces a cluster of modular and temporary buildings. It should provide much better storage facilities for the charity as well as an improved outlook for the neighbours and the locality.
Thanks to a well-presented scheme including drawings by Watts Holt, the application went through smoothly and within the target timeframe.
