East Dorset District Council: Having already achieved outline planning, Pure Town Planning were pleased to successfully negotiate the reserved matters for a new church hall through the planning system.
This now gives full consent for the purpose-built church hall in the green belt just off the A31 at St Leonards in Dorset.
With a sensitive, low-key design and a landscape scheme designed by Janine Pattison Studios, East Dorset District Council were more than content with the design of the scheme. The Council required a Travel Plan for the site at the last minute but, ever resourceful, Pure Town Planning were quickly able to put something appropriate together ourselves and avoid any significant delay to the process. Works can now commence to demolish the existing building ahead of the build.
