The scheme, which was designed by Marlow Architects creates a 2 storey front extension, new porch, front canopy, single storey rear extensions and widens the existing vehicle access with new gates and front boundary wall. In arriving at his favourable recommendation in just under 3 months the officer deemed that;
“The proposed extensions would not appear overbearing and would not give rise to a material loss of outlook, loss of sunlight/daylight or harmful shading. As such, the amenities of the occupants of the neighbouring properties would be preserved”.
