BCP Council (Christchurch): Dan Wilden is please to have secured planning consent for major alterations to an existing house close to the harbour waterfront at Mudeford, Christchurch to form a large five-bedroom property over three floors. The scheme designed by rbstudio architects represented a reworking of a previously approved scheme, following the same footprint but giving a more contemporary appearance.
With a well presented design and our accompanying Design and Access Statement, the Council planners had no concerns with the scheme as proposed and approval was achieved without any amendment required.
