Southampton City Council: Dan Wilden is pleased to have secured outline planning permission for a new detached house in the Highfield area of Southampton.

Following a lengthy pre-application process, Pure Town Planning were instructed to hurry in an outline planning submission in order to avoid impending (potentially costly) changes in respect of nitrate mitigation. We turned around the application rapidly including instructing a very last minute tree report from Gwydion’s Tree Consultancy.

In the circumstances it was important to get the application registered first time. And then it had to be approved first time as well! Fortunately through the pre-application process we knew what was likely to be approved. With a minor few tweaks in the course of the application, the outline application was duly approved and our client can move on with getting an architect to draw up the reserved matters scheme.

If you have a plot of garden land which you think has development potential, why not contact Pure Town Planning to see if we agree?
