Appeal three houses canford cliffs planning consultant dorsetBorough of Poole: Pure Town Planning won another planning appeal recently – a valuable consent for three detached houses replacing one in the Canford Cliffs area of Poole. The scheme was designed by Anders Roberts Cheer architects.

This road had seen a number of plot splits approved in recent years however this was the end plot – wedged shaped and with more trees to deal with than the others. The Borough of Poole Council considered that in view of the constraints the site could not support three dwellings so refused consent on grounds of impact on the trees and inadequate light to the proposed dwellings.
