Poole planning committee Lower ParkstoneBorough of Poole: Pure Town Planning made another successful appearance at Planning Committee last week, this time with Matt appearing at Borough of Poole for an application to convert a detached garage into a separate dwelling house.

Pure Town Planning were actually instructed mid way through the application, taking over as agent from the architect.  A Ward Councillor had “called in” the application which meant that the application had to be determined at Planning Committee. Our initial priority was to get the appointed planning officer on-side in order that the application went to committee with a recommendation to approve, which we successfully managed to do.

Matt then presented a deputation to the Planning Board justifying why the application should approved and why it would not be harmful to the character of the area as argued by the Ward Councillor and neighbours. It was put to the vote and the application was approved unanimously by the Members.

If you have an application going to committee and feel you would benefit from someone experienced addressing the Members for you then give Pure Town Planning a call and let us push home the approval home for you.
