Borough of Poole: Pure Town Planning have quite literally ‘raised the roof’ for one of our householder client’s this week. The minor material amendment application related to a huge new traditional super home which is currently under construction. We secured planning permission to increase the height and bulk of the roof by removing a flat roof section and replacing it with a traditional pitched roof ridge line. Despite its already gargantuan proportions, the Borough of Poole accepted that the overall height and mass of the dwelling could increase further without causing harm to the approved appearance of the building or impacting on immediate neighbours. This was a must win application for Pure Town Planning as the client had already bought the extra roof tiles!

If you have recently secured planning permission for a development and are looking to make minor or even more contentious changes to the approved scheme then why not give us a call to find out if we can help you too.
