OK my prediction was a few days out in the end – but it is confirmed that the 15% planning fees increase is to take effect on 22 November 2012. This gives everyone just a week to get anything submitted beforehand – no time at all really especially given that the applications will need to deemed complete and valid before that date.
Likely to be a week scrabbling around getting applications in and invalid applications sorted…
