The Pure Town Planning website has been live now for just over two months. We’ve had a lot of visitors which is fantastic so we thought now might be an opportune time to ask you for some feedback.

The website is a key part of our marketing strategy. Our simple aim is to make our content as useful as possible to our clients and potential clients – to the point where it becomes a resource which cannot be overlooked. We didn’t want simply pages of extravagant self praise – anyone can write that! And we wanted to focus on substance over style so, for now at least, we are working hard adding new content and not worrying too much about flashy graphics and images.

We have plans to continuously add more content. We plan simple plain English introductions on subjects such as making a planning appeal, permitted development, enforcement and listed buildings. We intend to add a page for each of our local Councils with useful information about developing in that area (the observant readers will have spotted that we have now added pages for each of our “home” local authorities Bournemouth and Winchester). And of course our News bulletins (now available by email) will keep you up-to-date with planning news nationally and in our local area. Finally as our project work progresses we will begin to upload case studies to give a flavour of  the day-to-day work we undertake for clients.

But now we would like to know what you think…

How useful have you found our content? Do you think it too technical, too full of planning jargon or perhaps not detailed enough?

Are there any planning subjects you would like us to cover in depth? Or as simple plain English introductions?

Is there anything else you would like to see on here? Have you experienced any difficulties or glitches on the website? Is the navigation straightforward enough?

Please if you have any comments at all – good, bad, indifferent – either leave them below or email us at info@puretownplanning.co.uk. Thank you!
