Anyway in the customary tradition lets cut straight to the numbers:
Residential: £100 per sqm
Care homes (unusual): £40 per sqm
Convenience retail: £110 per sqm
Everything else: nil
This preliminary draft charging schedule is published now for a period of consultation and any responses should be returned by 11 March.
