Bournemouth Borough Council: Pure Town Planning are delighted to announce that we have just secured planning permission for a revised application for alterations to the front elevation of restaurant and formation of new 1st and 2nd floor levels to form 10 flats with bin and cycle stores. The plans were prepared by Nabney Plans.

The purpose of the revised application was to raise the proposed building height by nearly 800mm from that of the extant permission. The reason for the height increase is to enable the continued trading of the restaurant without disruption for as long as possible.

As part of the application, we prepared a comprehensive supporting Design, Access and Planning Statement which set out the merits of the proposal in a clear and concise manner, whilst making it clear that the development was materially similar to the extant permission and has to be given weight in favour of the revised application.

If you are looking to maximise the value of an existing commercial premises or have existing brownfield site and are looking for a firm who will work tirelessly to steer your development through the planning process then why not contact Pure Town Plan on 01202 585524 or info@puretownplanning.co.uk for a confidential free no obligation planning consultation.
