Wiltshire Council: Darryl Howells has secured full planning permission to sever garden land from a dwelling in Park Lane, Salisbury and the erection of two detached three-bedroom bungalows with associated and parking. The scheme was drawn by Steve J Dunn & Associates Limited, based in Shropshire. A new client engaged the services of Darryl to prepare, submit and negotiate the successful outcome of the planning application.

Darryl visited the site then subsequently prepared a comprehensive planning statement to justify the scheme in light of adopted planning policies. During the course of the application, Darryl kept in close contact with the Wiltshire Council planning officer and responded pro-actively to the sole issue raised – vehicle manoeuvring arrangements within the scheme. Darryl suggested an alternative arrangement that led to the support of the planning and transportation officers, with the scheme subsequently being granted consent under delegated powers.
