Borough of Poole: Pure Town Planning are pleased to have announce that we have recently secured planning permission for the erection of two detached dwellings with associated access and parking in Lower Parkstone with the plans supplied by Scott Worsfold Associates.

The application site is undeveloped garden land to the rear of 10, 12 and 14 Munster Road, which Pure Town Planning recently got planning permission to demolish and erect four replacement dwellings.

As part of the application an Arboricultural Impact Assessment and Method Statement was submitted demonstrating that the removal of three trees to facilitate development would not be harmful to the character and appearance of the area.

A comprehensive supporting Design, Access and Planning statement which set out the merits of the proposal in a clear and concise manner was also submitted. This in part justified the design of the proposal, which is a contemporary interpretation of a traditional dwelling.
