New Forest National Park Authority: Matt is pleased to confirm that he has recently secured permission for a variation of condition to increase the width and thus footprint, as well as other external changes to that of a previously approved outbuilding in Hightown Hill near Ringwood.

In recommending approval the appointed planning officer considered that “there would be no adverse impact upon the dwelling, the surrounding street scene, or upon neighbour amenity as a result of the proposed changes which are contained within the existing curtilage and would result in no greater impact outside of the site boundaries”.

Planning permission was subsequently granted much to our client’s delight.
