The proposal sees the demolition of the existing bungalow and the erection of a stunning two storey, 4 bedroom expansive house, expertly designed by Marlow Architects. As the site is also subject to an Area Tree Preservation Order, it was crucial to ensure this spacious new dwelling took this existing tree stock into consideration. Alderwood Consulting Limited provided this additional justification which the LPA fully supported.
The new dwelling is a substantial departure from the existing property and maximises the development potential on the site, much to the satisfaction of the client.
