BCP Council (Poole): Matt Annen, a director of PTP is pleased to have secured full planning permission for the demolition of an exsiting house in a poor state of repair and replace it with a new 2750sqft house on the Poole/Bournemouth border near both Coy Pond and prestigious Talbot Woods.
The approved two storey dwelling replaces a somewhat bland 1950’s house. This bespoke property was designed by local architects; Brian Nicholls Architects Ltd. The design successfully balanced the owner’s requirements for additional floorspace against creating a dwelling which maintains the character of the road and preserves the amenity of neighbouring residents. The Approved decision came though within the 8 week time frame, which in the current climate is good going.
