BCP Council (Christchurch area): Pure Town Planning recently secured planning permission for the demolition of an existing bungalow and replacement with a chalet-style house on Mudeford Lane, Christchurch. The plans were provided by Jolp.
As happens all too often in BCP unfortunately, this relatively straightforward planning application took several months to eventually work its way through the system including almost month waiting for team leader to sign off the decision. Our clients showed great patience and were pleased that finally we got there in the end.
