BCP Council (Poole area): Jess Glover is pleased to announce that she has secured planning permission for the erection of a replacement dwelling with associated access and parking on Lulworth Avenue in Poole.

The scheme, designed by Robert Rodway, sought to demolish the existing dwelling and erect a replacement dwelling and garden room. The proposed property features a large two-storey dwelling with a rear facing roof terrace, open-plan kitchen/living dining room and four double bedrooms.

In our supporting Design, Access and Planning Statement we justified that the surrounding character of the area is evolving with various replacement dwellings along Lulworth Avenue approved in recent years featuring modern architectural forms which reflects the maritime location.

The Case Officer agreed that the proposal would be in keeping with the evolving character and appearance of the area recommending the application for approval under delegated powers weeks ahead of the target date.
