New Forest District Council: Neil McKeon of Pure Town Planning are pleased to announce that we have secured planning permission for a householder remodel with alterations and two storey extensions to a dwelling in Bransgore, Hampshire.

The scheme (designed by David James Architects) involves ground floor extensions, internal room re-configuration and roof gable alterations including dormer windows, roof lights and Juliette balcony. The proposed remodel allows for the removal of a number of internal walls. In conjunction with the proposed extensions, this creates a more open plan living space arrangement and expanded kitchen with improved light levels and outlook to respective rooms, including those set within the roof space accommodation.

The design details were discussed at length with the Planning Officer to ensure that the resulting remodelled property would not create any harmful impact or viewing angles to respective neighbours, nor posing any possible adverse harm to the Poplar Lane streetscene or surrounding character of the area.

If you have a property which is in need of rejuvenation by way of householder extensions or remodelling, please call us or send an email to info@puretownplanning.co.uk. We offer a free of charge initial appraisal and would be happy to discuss in more detail to see how we can assist with a potential application.
