Borough of Poole: Pure Town Planning have recently secured planning permission to split the curtilage of an existing property and erect a detached dwelling to the rear in Hamworthy, Poole. Anders Roberts Cheer prepared the accompanying plans.
This application builds on a recent success at the same site (see here) where planning consent to add an end of terrace dwelling to the host property was granted by the Borough of Poole.

Once this first application was approved, a further application was prepared and submitted to maximise this larger than usual (within the immediate context) site with a dwelling to the rear part of the site now being proposed.

With the application submitted, the Case Officer required changes to the design of the dwelling, which were quickly managed and after a further public consultation period, the application was approved much to the delight of the applicant.
