BCP Council: Neil McKeon has secured full planning permission for a new dwelling on the corner of Parkway Drive and Feversham Avenue, Bournemouth.
The scheme, designed by Anders Roberts Cheer, sees the severance of the existing property and the erection of a new 3 bed detached family dwelling with newly formed access off Parkway Drive.
The respective Council Officers confirmed the proposed dwelling would provide a suitable plot size and garden to future occupants, as well as safeguarding against any harm to neighbouring amenity or privacy. The building’s design (with contemporary influences) creates sufficient spacing and a natural ‘stepping down’ between Nos. 90 and 92 – allowing the new two storey dwelling to fit comfortably in the streetscene.
