BCP Council (Poole area): Neil McKeon is pleased to confirm securing planning permission for a new rear of site dwelling on Palmer Road in Poole.

The plans were prepared by DOT Architecture and sees alterations to the host dwelling, plot severance and erection of a two bedroom detached bungalow with access from Palmer Road.

The revised application follows a previously refused scheme and addresses the Council’s objections in respect of density, access and parking and preserving the character and appearance of the area. Respective planning officers confirmed that the revised proposal would indeed respect the privacy and amenity of surrounding properties and would not be inconsistent with the established pattern of development in the locality – thereby securing the new backland dwelling, much to the delight of the applicant.

If your property has a large garden area, either on its own or in combination with neighbouring plots and you are looking for a firm who will steer your development through the planning process and secure that all-important planning permission, then please call or email info@puretownplanning.co.uk to see how we can assist.
