Borough of Poole: Darryl Howells has secured outline planning permission for the demolition of an existing bungalow and garage and the erection of three new chalet bungalows –  one replacing the existing dwelling on the frontage and two additional houses at the rear of the site with a shared access.

The plans were drawn by local architectural technologist Geoff Holland but Darryl prepared the planning application with the firm’s informative Design and Access Statement which justified the planning application in policy terms. The scheme was accepted and granted planning permission by  the Borough of Poole under the planning officers’ delegated powers and within its target date.
