Borough of Poole: Pure Town Planning has recently secured planning permission for a new industrial building containing two new B2 Use Class Units within the Sopers Lane Industrial Estate in Poole. LMA Architects prepared the accompanying plans.
As part of our submission package, a Planning Statement was provided to give justification to the scheme. In particular it was highlighted as the area is identified for further economic growth and the proposal was utilising brownfield land there was clear economic benefits to the Borough of Poole.
Once the application was submitted, the Case Officer only had minor queries with the proposal, which were quickly dealt with, allowing the application to be approved within the statutory time-frame.
