BCP Council (former Bournemouth Borough Council): Pure Town Planning director Darryl Howells has secured full planning permission to sever land and erect a detached dwelling with new vehicular access. The client engaged the architectural services of Nabney Plans to prepare the drawings but engaged Darryl to prepare the planning application ready for its submission and negotiation.

The site lies on Redhill Drive but the new house will face to the rear onto Coombe Avenue. Darryl used strong planning arguments to persuade the planning officer that the proposed development would enhance the visual amenities of the street scene, would not harm the amenities of neighbouring occupiers and would enable safe emergence of vehicles onto the highway.

The planning officer wholly agreed with the planning statement that Darryl prepared, and approved the development using his delegated powers.

If you have a large garden which you think might be suitable for development, why not contact Pure Town Planning to see if we think that there is a chance of getting planning approved?
