Borough of Poole: Darryl Howells has secured planning permission to erect a dental surgery in Poole. Darryl had previously secured a similar consent, but the revised scheme sought to provide a larger dental surgery with additional treatment rooms and modified staffing quarters.
Before the scheme’s submission, Darryl suggested amendments to the proposed plans to overcome concerns he thought the planning officer would likely express. The changes were well received and the scheme approved in a quick and efficient manner using the officers’ delegated powers.
