Borough of Poole: Darryl Howells has secured planning permission to the erection of extensions to the existing house to create additional living accommodation, and the erection of a 2 storey side extension to form a new dwelling house with associated car parking. The client used Robert Rodway Design & Architecture to prepare the planning drawings but instructed Pure Town Planning to submit the planning application and negotiate towards its successful conclusion.
Using Darryl’s extensive experience, the planning application was fully justified in policy terms and was supported by the Transportation and Planning Officers alike. The scheme was determined to positively contribute to the appearance of the street scene; cause no harm to neighbouring amenities such as privacy; and met the Council’s adopted parking standards. As such the planning application was supported and approved by the Senior Planning Officer without delay.
