The houses were designed for our clients Harlequin Homes by local architects Anders Roberts Cheer.
Given the extant and adjacent scheme currently under construction, following a meeting on site with the planning officer the scheme was approved within 6 weeks of registration (2 weeks ahead of the target date, which in the current climate with the Council experiencing severe capacity issues, is lightening fast!).
