Borough of Poole: Pure Town Planning have recently secured planning permission to increase the quality and level of accommodation to an existing property in the Whitecliff area of Poole. The consent transforms the existing two bedroom bungalow into a large detached four bedroom chalet bungalow. Internally the property will be totally renovated and modernised with four good sized bedrooms (one with en-suite), two separate bathrooms, a study and a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Interestingly the scheme has taken full advantage of its raised position at the end of the street by introducing a first floor rear Juliet balcony providing views of Poole Harbour from the master bedroom – something which the existing property could not boast. The applicant Mr Noble was delighted with his approval commenting:
