Dorset Council: Phoebe Milner is delighted to announce that she has recently secured planning permission for a first floor extension to create habitable accommodation with associated ground floor extensions and alterations at a house on Horton Road, Ashley Heath.  

The scheme sought to revitalise the existing house and increase the first floor to provide three additional bedrooms which maximises the amount of accommodation.

During the application process the case officer had some concerns but we worked with the officer to come up with a solution which altered the plans whilst ensuring the client was happy. Following this process we came to an agreement on the required alterations and the officer was happy to support the application.

The client was very pleased with the decision and is now preparing for development on the site.
