BCP Council (Bournemouth):  Matt Annen, a director of the firm is delighted to announce that planning permission and advertisement consent has been secured for alterations to the elevations to include replacement windows at upper floors, replacement archway structures, insertion of green wall and new TV/monitors on the Burlington Arcade in Bournemouth Town Centre.

Working alongside our clients, interior designers KTM Design and Nabney Plans, (who prepared the supporting plans and CGI images), Pure Town Planning prepared, submitted and managed the planning and advert applications. We were able to get the favourable decision across the line in a super quick quick time frame (i.e. 8 weeks – the standard determination time for such an application, but in the context of the current climate that is very quick!). The project also appeared in the local paper: https://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/news/18169339.latest-glimpse-town-centre-arcade-makeover/

Also appearing recently were stories of retail units closing in the town centre, the investment from the owners of this building will hopefully buck the trend and help rejuvenate the town centre.
