Southbourne Dorset Certificate of lawful useBournemouth Borough Council: Some of you may remember back in April this year, we announced that Pure Town Planning secured a Lawful Use Certificate for an existing House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) in Southbourne, Bournemouth (read the original post here).

Once we had secured the lawful use of the former guest-house premises as a 13 bedroom HMO  for our client, we then went back in for a large two storey rear extension to add a further 3 bedrooms… creating a very large 16 bedroom HMO. The application ran smoothly from start to finish and the grant of planning permission was issued by Bournemouth Borough Council ahead of the target date.
