BCP Council (Poole): Dan Wilden is pleased to have secured planning permission for alterations to an existing office building in Poole with plans drawn by Harriplan.

The existing building had a second floor but in an unusual mono-pitched roof space which left it with limited usable floor space. As the building needed re-roofing it was proposed to build the walls up to form a full two storey building with a flat roof, increasing the floor area and allowing the building to form two usable office units.

With a carefully presented proposal, the application sailed through within target date and without any amendments proving necessary.
