BCP Council (Poole area): Jess Glover is pleased to announce that she has recently secured outline planning permission for demolition of the existing dwellinghouse and garage and erection of a three storey block of 8 flats with associated access and parking on De Mauley Road in Poole.

This permission was a renewal of the scheme approved in 2017, which the client sought to extend as it had expired.

As part of the application submission, we were required to obtain a new ecology report including bat survey and update our planning statement and associated application and CIL forms.

There were no objections on highways, trees or biodiversity grounds and the officer had no concerns with the application given the previous permission and therefore the application was recommended for approval.
