Borough of Poole:  Darryl Howells has secured full planning for the demolition of a bungalow at 21 Elgin Road and the erection of a detached building comprising two semi-detached 3-bedroom houses.  The proposed development of the site for additional housing had been the subject of two negative pre-application responses from the planning officers prior to Pure Town Planning’s involvement.  Under  Darryl’s guidance a revised design for a pair of semi-detached houses was drawn by Aspire Architects. The proposal was designed to appear as a large detached dwelling so to disguise the narrow plots compared  the wider plots that prevailed within the street scene.  The planning application was supported by the planning officer and approved by the Borough of Poole under delegated powers.
