Bournemouth split into semi detachedBournemouth Borough Council: Pure Town Planning have recently secured planning permission to split an existing large house into two family dwellings on the outskirts of Bournemouth.

Once again we were able to put together a robust argument to the District Valuer which persuaded them that in this instance an affordable housing contribution was not justified. We were also able to persuade Bournemouth Borough Council that the proposal would cause no harm to the character and appearance of the area or to the amenities of neighbouring residents.
