Borough of Poole: Darryl Howells has secured planning permission for the change of use of a ground floor shop to a large one-bedroom flat, in Upper Parkstone.  The drawings were prepared by Brightspace Architects, but submitted by Darryl, accompanied with his planning statement that justified the change of use could occur without harm to the vitality or viability of the nearby shopping centre, without harm to neighbouring amenities and without any on-site car parking.

The scheme quickly received planning permission from the Borough of Poole without any further amendment after the planning application was submitted. Darryl has previous history with the site, as he secured Prior Approval recently to convert the back of the same building to two town houses without any car parking for the client.
