Borough of Poole Council: Pure Town Planning have recently secured planning permission for a formal change of the use of a ground floor commercial unit to an A3 restaurant and a single storey rear extension at Baffi Neapolitan Pizza restaurant in Canford Cliffs.
The Council had been previously accepted the temporary change of use through the applicants permitted development rights, which was coming to the end, hence the need for a full planning application to allow them to continue trading.
At the same time, we secured planning permission for a single storey rear extension to allow an expanded kitchen due to the busy and successful nature of the restaurant. As the site fell inside a Conservation Area, given that it was a rear extension it was considered that the character and appearance of the Conservation Area was preserved.
So if you have a commercial premises and you are looking at broadening the uses or having a different business operate within the premises then why not give Pure Town Planning a call on 01202 585524 or email email@example.com for a FREE, confidential 30 minute consultation.
