BCP Council: Darryl Howells has secured a Certificate of Lawfulness of the use of four floors of accommodation to be used as a 7-bedroom ‘House in Multiple Occupation’ HMO (Sui Generis Use Class) in Bournemouth.
The client sought plans from Design & Development Associates Limited, but instructed Darryl to prepare the evidence case, submit and handle the application. The package of documents were well received by the planning enforcement officer and following a site visit to the property, the officer supported the application and the arguments that Darryl had presented.
