BCP Council (Poole): Matt Annen, director of Pure Town Planning has recently secured full planning permission for four detached dwellings in Northbrook Road, Broadstone. This followed a previous consent secured by Neil in the firm for four houses on the adjacent corner site.

The scheme was once again designed by Anders Roberts Cheer for Harlequin Homes, (as per the neighbouring site) and will see the the existing three frontage houses remain and four family chalet bungalows built to the rear with a garage demolished to allow access.

The application site is located within the sustainable transport corridor and so there was no objection to the principle of additional residential development, but it was deemed that the proposal would preserve the character of the locality and would not harm the amenity of any existing houses.

Here at Pure Town Planning, we like nothing more than securing our clients planning approvals. If you have a potential development – or maybe you have recently secured a consent, but there is further potential on adjoining sites (such as in this case), why not give us a call or email info@puretownplanning.co.uk for a free appraisal.
