Dorset Council: Phoebe Milner has successfully secured a “Minor Material Amendment” to an original planning permission secured by ourselves in August 2021 to sever land and erect 2 detached chalet bungalows, with formation of new access drive and car parking areas for the existing and proposed development. 

This Minor Material Amendment introduced side dormer windows to both chalet bungalows creating an improved first floor accommodation for both dwellings. The scheme was designed by Brian Nicholls Architects Ltd for a mutual developer client. The dormer windows are located facing the neighbouring property but our robust planning statement evidenced how no material harm would be created from the introduction of these dormer windows to the neighbouring property or their amenity.
