BCP Council (Bournemouth): Matt Annen, a director of the firm is delighted to share the news that he has recently secured planning permission for alterations, formation of front terrace seating area and change of use of gym to flexible cafe/restaurant/bar/ takeaway use in Bournemouth Town Centre. The plans were prepared by Conceptual Homes.

After thorough consideration and a very long timeframe (due to ongoing delays at BCP Council) the appointed planning officer approved the scheme deeming that:

“The proposed A3 use would not be harmful to the vitality and viability of the shopping area.
• The proposal would not be harmful to the character and appearance of the conservation
area.
• Subject to conditions, there would not be a materially harmful impact on neighbouring
residents.
• The proposal is acceptable in terms of highway safety and traffic”.
