The consent transforms the existing two bedroom bungalow into a large detached four bedroom chalet bungalow. The scheme, which was designed by Ben Hollington of Hollington Architects, has been arranged to take full advantage of its raised position which provides spectacular views of Poole Harbour and Brownsea Island from the top floor – something which the existing property could not boast.
