BCP Council: Director of the firm, Darryl Howells has secured planning permission for the demolition of existing conservatory, erection of a single storey extension and reconfigure internal layout of existing bungalow to convert it from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom bungalow. The client employed LMA Architects to produce the plans, who worked closely with Darryl to finalise the plans quickly so that the application could be submitted and determined within 6 weeks from submission.
The original bungalow offered a double bedroom, kitchen, separate lounge and conservatory. The proposal has approved the internal configuration to create an open plan lounge/ kitchen, and to replace the conservatory with a second double bedroom. The works also provided a small but useable private garden to meet the amenity needs of the intended occupiers.
