Christchurch Borough Council: Pure Town Planning were pleased to recently obtain another planning consent in Christchurch for one of our regular developer clients. The latest addition to Pure Town Planning’s rapidly growing list of approvals in 2016 (we’re already over 30 approvals!) saw the demolition of an existing bungalow and the erection of four two-storey dwellings on a large site near Highcliffe in Christchurch, Dorset.
The scheme was designed by Austin Design Partnership who devised a scheme for 4 traditionally-styled dwellings which all had 4 bedrooms and garages and sat comfortably on the plot. It went through first time at Christchurch Borough Council without need for alteration – testament to a team (developer, architect and planning consultant) working well together.
