Borough of Poole:  Pure Town Planning has won an appeal against the decision of the Borough to Poole to refuse planning permission for the demolition of a building comprising 2no. self contained flats and the erection of a detached building comprising 2no. 3 bedroom, semi-detached houses. The scheme was originally designed by local architects, DOT Architecture. In allowing the appeal, the Planning Inspector agreed with the evidence and arguments put forward by Pure Town Planning and concluded  the proposed development would accord with the varied built form and pattern of development within the street scene and the gaps between buildings was not as important as the Local Planning Authority had alleged.
