England: Following the Court of Appeal judgement in May 2016 to allow the reinstatement of the Government’s national 10-unit affordable housing threshold to its Planning Practice Guidance, we have been very busy renegotiating extant planning permissions for our clients to remove previously agreed affordable housing contributions.

Through our expert use of a combination of a material minor amendment applications and deed of variations we are pleased announce that to date we have collectively saved our clients £205,000.00!

So, if you have an extant planning permission for a scheme approved subject to affordable housing contributions but which now falls below the national threshold then get in touch with Pure Town Planning to discuss how we can help you have the affordable housing contribution removed.
